Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedules

10% Shipping Example: Spend $58 - pay $5.80 in shipping / Spend $147.00 - pay $14.70 in shipping

All other shipping rates vary by weight and distance.

Shipping Department Business Hours and Cut-Off Times:

Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time.

Orders confirmed before 11:00 pm PST will begin processing the next available business day (unless placed on hold).  Shipping times begin when the order is shipped from our facilities and do not include time for process and handling. Process and handling can take up to 3 business days.  Please expect delays during the holidays. 10DollarMall.com is not responsible for carrier's (Fedex and USPS) delays.

Undeliverable Orders:

In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Order:
Unfortunately we do not hold ourselves responsible if an order is lost or stolen. 
 

 Orders on Hold:

In the event your order was flagged as possible fraud, we may place the order on hold.  If your order was placed on hold, we may or may not contact you by email and/or phone to verify.  This depends on your order history and presets of our fraud-detection systems.  To verify an order to be shipped,  We reserve the right to refuse business and may cancel orders we suspect to be fraud at any given time. Shipping times begin when the order is shipped from our facilities and do not include time for process and handling.

Orders cancelled which were not placed fraudulently:
