All customers (except wholesale buyers) have 365 days to return or exchange items :) .
Refunds will be issued the same way they were paid (either credit card or credit through promo codes). Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund(s) to be reflected on your account. Unfortunately, we do not accept returned merchandise that has had tags removed, has been washed, worn or altered.

Return Form here. Please print and fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. If you are exchanging a product, the exchange section of the form must be filled out properly. Return-forms filled out with incorrect or missing exchange information may delay your exchange.

SHIPPING FEES ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

INCORRECT ORDERS: In the event an order is shipped with incorrect items, 10DollarMall.com will compensate the customer via refund for shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to ship back the order within 365 days of the original invoice date. Once we receive the package, we will correct the order and ship it back to the customer at no additional cost.

EXCHANGES: In the event the customer requests to exchange their original order, or a portion of their original order for different items; the customer is responsible for all return-shipping fees. Once we receive the package, we will exchange your items and ship them back to you at no additional cost.

REFUNDS: In the event a refund is requested, it will be issued minus original shipping costs.
