We want to make your buying experience at 10DollarMall.com enjoyable. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item purchased, we are more than willing to meet your needs with a refund or exchange.
All customers have 365 days to return or exchange items (online orders only) . All customers have 365 days to return returnable items from the date of purchase. All returnable items must have the tags on them, and must not appear to have been washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and make-up unless they were sent by mistake or damaged.
Refunds will be issued the same way they were paid (either credit card or credit through promo codes). Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund(s) to be reflected on your account.

Online promotion discounts are applied and distributed across all eligible items in your purchase. If you return a portion of your purchase a portion of the discount may be be lost.

Return Form here. Please print and fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. If you are exchanging a product, the exchange section of the form must be filled out properly. Return-forms filled out with incorrect or missing exchange information may delay your exchange.

SHIPPING FEES ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items: In the event an order is shipped with defective, damaged or incorrect items please contact our Customer Service Line at (855) 836-6255 (9am-4pm) PST. It's important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we can assist you with return shipping fees. If you don't contact us first, you'll be responsible for all return shipping charges.

EXCHANGES: In the event the customer requests to exchange their original order, or a portion of their original order for different items; the customer is responsible for all return-shipping fees. Once we receive the package, we will exchange your items and ship them back to you at no additional cost.

REFUNDS: In the event a refund is requested, it will be issued minus original shipping costs.
REFUNDS ON NON-ACTIVE CARDS:
• All refunds must be issued into the original card that was used at the time of purchase.
• In the event a refund was issued to a non-active card, it is the customer's responsibility to obtain the funds from the card issuer.
• If you do not want your refund to be be issued to the card at the time of purchase, you can request online-store credit.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
• Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card
statement.
• Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
In-Stores Return Policy
EXCHANGE ONLY
Take advantage of our in-store return policy. If you wish to exchange an item(s) at one of our
stores, simply bring the item(s) within 14 days of your purchase along with your receipt to the store where you originally purchased the item(s). Make sure the item(s) has not been washed, worn or altered and has the original tags. Items must have original tags in order to be exchanged. We do not issue refunds on any purchases made in stores. All exchanges must be made at the store it was purchased from.
