The bando is a stretchy strapless cover to wear over under your dress so that your bra does not show through the lace. It's a two piece dress. It is modest because it covers your top portion and sexy because of it's short length. This dress is tight on your figure, so I wouldn't recommend for a more curvy woman. The color looks good on me, even on my light skin tone.
